Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your AccessBand. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer simple returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Must be returned in original packaging

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date

Exchanges:

Need a different size or finish? No problem. We’ll exchange your ring as long as it’s still in brand-new condition.

Refunds:

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
